1. Who we are

DoxyPEP Shop is a trading name of Pink Panther Power LTD, 37 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9BQ, United Kingdom, company number 16735106. Email: info@doxypepshop.com.

The medical check is done by a licensed EU doctor and the medicine is dispensed by a registered EU pharmacy. To protect their privacy, their names are shown to you when you order.

2. Ordering and the doctor's check

  • You must be 18 or older and live in the European Union.
  • You answer the medical questionnaire truthfully and completely. Incorrect answers can put your health at risk.
  • A doctor checks your answers. The doctor may contact you with questions, or decide that doxyPEP is not suitable for you.
  • If the doctor does not approve your order, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

The price of a pack of four doses is €108.90, including the doctor's check and VAT. Shipping within the EU costs €6.95. You pay when you order, with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Delivery

After the doctor's approval, your order ships straight away and is delivered within 48 hours anywhere in the EU, in a plain box without a product name. If a delivery is delayed or goes missing, contact us and we will sort it out.

5. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispensed by the pharmacy. For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once they have been delivered: we can never know how they were stored, so they cannot be sold again. The legal right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to delivered medicine.

Is your package damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.

6. Using the medicine

Use doxyPEP only as described in the instructions and on our website: one dose of 200 mg after sex without a condom, never more than 200 mg in 24 hours. DoxyPEP is personal and may not be passed on to others. The information on our website does not replace advice from a doctor.

7. Liability

We do our best to give correct information and to deliver on time. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect answers in the questionnaire or by using the medicine in a way other than instructed, except where the law says otherwise.

8. Complaints

Not happy? Email us at info@doxypepshop.com. We confirm your complaint within two working days and aim to solve it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the competent court.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
